The Awakening is a pure Darjeeling TGFOP from the season's first harvest - delicate, luminous and alive with the first promise of spring.

IN THE CUP
Tasting notes: white flowers, citrus zest, honey, green grape and fresh hay.
Aroma: floral and uplifting, with blossoms and fresh green notes.
Appearance: pale gold.

BREWING RITUAL
90°C | 1 tsp (2g) per 180 ml water | Steep for 3–5 minutes.
