Tasting notes: robust black tea, warming spice and a confident finish.
Aroma: fragrant spice and malty tea.
Appearance: rich copper.
BREWING RITUAL
Without milk: Add 1 tsp (2 g) tea to 180 ml water at 100°C. Steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain and sip.
With milk: Simmer 1 tsp (2 g) tea with 120 ml water for 2 minutes. Add 60 ml milk and sweetener to taste; simmer for another 2–3 minutes. Strain and serve hot.
