THE STORY
Summer Rhapsody is a Darjeeling TGFOP picked at the height of summer. It is richer than spring's first whisper - layered, full and gloriously muscatel.

IN THE CUP
Tasting notes: muscatel grape, warm amber and a soft, velvety finish.
Aroma: ripe summer fruit and sun-warmed Darjeeling leaf.
Appearance: warm amber.

BREWING RITUAL
90°C | 1 tsp (2g) per 180 ml water | Steep for 3–5 minutes.
